Red Wolf Sanctuary

​Black  bears are omnivores, eating everything depending on availability.  While they will go fishing, or hunting, they primarily eat grass, fruit, and nuts.

Maumee came to us as a cub. She was taken from people who had her in an apartment. Because she is not afraid of people she cannot be released.
